Anyone caught in a protest should be banned from enrolling in a Quebec school for 2 years
Anyone caught in the act of illegal protest should be jailed for a minimum of 14 days.
Anyone caught defacing a public building should be charged the amount needed to reface, and jailed for 1 month.
